Humanistic Buddhism Studies Series Research and Writing Workshop

The Humanistic Buddhism Research Centre (HBRC-UM) and Fo Guang Shan Singapore have jointly launched the inaugural Research and Writing Workshop. The workshop is part of the "Humanistic Buddhism Studies Series" that strives to inspire and encourage Humanistic Buddhism research and scholarship.


This free workshop is led by Dr. Jack Chia Meng-Tat, Assistant Professor in the Department of History at National University of Singapore, and Dr. Maria Majorie R. Purino, Associate Professor 3 in the Department of Philosophy at University of San Carlos. The scope of the workshop is to provide guidance to scholars on how to conduct Buddhist research and write academic papers.
